The journey to Mastery in the FLOW system begins as a FLOW Apprentice and moves through the stages of Journeyer and Adept.

FLOW Journeyers have access to take the introductory/online courses in the 5 Modalities.™
THE "Quest"
Completing the 5 Modalities™ introductory/online seminars you can apply for the "Quest." Finishing the Quest (online certification exam) you can level up to a FLOW Adept.
Adept
Once you complete the "Quest" you become a FLOW Adept. FLOW Adept level is prerequisite for higher level courses and seminars.
